Poseidon's Oasis - Family Retreat - Moonta Bay

Great property but hosts are lacking Positive: Property was clean and updated with good amenities. It was also large enough to accommodate our family and only 5 minutes from everything in a quiet area. Negative: Was charged extra for late checkout but received messages saying we were required to checkout at 10am still and only received check out details a couple hours prior to exit. We were also not provided enough towels and found communication difficult/lacking.

Relaxing and comfortable Positive: Property was very easy to find Negative: Had to look up the property address from the website because it wasn't on the booking information

The IT facilities specially the internet and netflix are bonus for families who have kids. Positive: The kitchen facilities and the spacious rooms. Negative: The property was okay but it was not properly cleaned when we moved in. There were bugs in one of the room, there was a chocolate wrap found in the middle room and lounges were dusty.

Very comfortable and quiet location. Positive: Lots of room and plenty of beds - linen supplied and everything else you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Negative: Nil
