Very comfortable and quiet location.
Positive: Lots of room and plenty of beds - linen supplied and everything else you need in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Comfortable.
Positive: Nice location, house is much bigger than you expect from road.
Negative: One split system in lounge area, warmed up living spaces but struggled to warm up end bedroom even with door open. We did stay mid winter though.
